Earlier prototypes and reconstruction experiments

brain2print and NiiVue helped with early browser-based tissue previews. Blender was used for editable presentation models.

Offline reconstruction experiments used PyTorch, NiftyMIC, NeSVoR, UniRes and Spinal Cord Toolbox. Those experiments aren’t all part of this head viewer.
